I like how the guy that owns the beemer helped her out after she hit his car!
I think the problem is that us Canadians are too nice. If a white guy goes in to get his liscence and sucks at driving he's not getting his liscence. If an imagrant goes in to get his and sucks at driving he gets it anyway because the tester doesn't want to be called "racist".
Also from what I understand there's testers in Calgary that cost more but you can't fail!

I was talking to my neighbor about this video and he said that he went in for his brother and took the test for him! I was a little beyond shocked, He told me that him and his brother being twins got away with doing stuff like that for their entire life. Yes hes a brown guy and hes almost more redneck than I am!
