It must really depend on the Dyno used, in another video somewhere here the GT500 was putting down as much hp at the wheels as the ZL1 makes at the crank (approx 580hp).

the new GT500 I guess has been certified at 662hp.. basically the world most powerful mass produced sports car. ford for the win!
