any pics of under the hood? id like to see how it looks and how clean that is! let me know nice ride you keep it good are you the original owner? In answer to your questions, I do have some pictures of the underhood as well as other shots of the car. Underhood, it's like it left the factory, (still just as clean) with the exception of the underhood brace. The interior has never been dirty. By the way, when I tried to put the photos on the site, I ended up with miniscule postage stamps and I've noticed that lots of other folks have nice large shots posted. I can't figure out how to do that! I'd be pleased to put a few better pictures on, if they could be seen!! The fact is, this is not a modified car, so I'm not sure people would be interested in it. The photos were taken as the car was being readied for storage and the underneath was not as clean as in the spring after the car gets its spring cleaning. We bought the car new. It was at Eastway Ford in St Thomas Ont. and we drove down from Montreal in our '89 SHO down to pick it up. (loved that SHO!) When we bought the Mustang, there were five Canarys left in Canada of a total of 18 (or 28) which had come into Canada. I know our car was #17 of a batch of 18 but I'm not sure whether or not more than 18 came into Canada. (The dealer in Roxboro QC, where we bought the car wasn't sure if the total was 18 or 28...not many in either case!) We have tried to respect it's uniqueness and have enjoyed it for what it is subject to it's limitations.... |
