2018 MY Mustang rumoured changes

I have started to warm up to the new front end. Love the rear with the quad tips. If my dream of getting a 350 falls short I may order a 2018 with performance pack, magnetic adjustable dampers, adjustable exhaust, upgraded 5.0 and all the new goodies

Anytime you change a car as popular as the Mustang, you're bound to have people unhappy with the changes, law of averages applies here.
On the flip side, you may get just as many turned on to the new model. I was never a Mustang guy until I sat in an '06 GT...that body style was a major re-design, and totally loved it, even if it was a faux muscle car. (couldn't resist)
I like that the bits and pieces from the GT350 are filtering down, more enthusiasts get to enjoy them, good on Ford.

Gauges don't do much for me, some screens are really busy.
Hilarious how the odometer is at "1964.5" miles on the left, and "289 miles to empty" on the right, nice retro reference there.

Also notice the tach and speedo says 4th gear and 55mph. Perhaps a little Easter egg referencing 455HP for the Coyote

455hp in a GT is awesome, I recall the 300hp in my '06 GT was a lot to handle, blows my mind that in just over 10 years the pony car wars have upped that number by 50% as the manufacturers up the ante.
Throw in all the goodies like the Magnaride etc, and you're getting more performance than ever.
Truly the golden era of muscle cars. Wonder what the pricing will end up being?

I'm officially am a fan of the 18 MY. The new vert looks nice although I would never buy one. I would however buy a GT performance pack coupe in either Lightning Blue, Ruby Red Metallic, Magnetic Metallic. Need to see the new Royal Crimson.
There are a few options I can do without such as adaptive cruise control (not sure that even is a option with a manual).
