Wow do I ever feel like a poser ........... Saleen body kit, saleen stripes, saleen windshield banner and saleen emblems but to my defense I have never once told anyone who has ever asked me that my car is an actual saleen. And when I was trying to sell it last year I had it listed as a saleen clone not a true saleen.

 

^^^ Don't feel that way. Loving the look and style of a car and imitating it isn't a bad thing. Its the guy's passing off clones as genuine that are the problem.

 

If your considering buying a Saleen the best thing you can do is call Saleen with the vin and they can confirm if it's legit, something this guy apparently didn't do.http://http://saleenforums.soec.org/showthread.php?p=81984
