this is the current state of the car as i seen previous to purchase.all body work inside and out ...undernieth and inside, pretty much complete on the "ugly" work, still needs couple hundred hours of precision detail work on fit, form, and interior finese work. 289 is in excellent shape with very jumpy and roaring attitude. this is its first rebirth and was stored for 14 years in a dry climate, originally came from calgary so bc road salt wasnt an issue during restoration. as far as i can see, shock towers ,spring hangers and drive line are ok and have been heavily protected from rust... lots of time went into protecting the undercarrige from the elements and all body work was performed to a "no bondo" state...hope to have more progress pictures up soon as i will be taking my time to bring it back fully and cant wait to light em up this summer!!! ahhh, err, could this be a mid-life crisis!!..oh well lets go!!
