Fenders after I sprayed. It was - 18 degrees celcius and i could not opn to ventilate or I would have lost all of the heat in the garage. (It was heated by wood)

After priming and seam sealing the inside of the tub of the car and the entire undergear were treated with a total of 4 kits of truck bed liner. This aids in rust protection as well as sound and heat transfer.

Subframe connectors were added. After repairing and blasting the under gear, the entire substructure of the car was soaked in a marine based primer called Interzinc 52. It is expensive but well worth it. You would do well to scratch it with 80 grit paper.

The quarter panels were not bad on the car, but there was some rust on the substructure, so the quarters came off and all rust was removed.

This is a shot of the car that was given to me by the original owner, when he bought the car in 77.

I did the interior a little bit different to replicate the Pony interior of the earlier Mustangs. I have opted for the dork woodgrain dash versus the brushed aluminum that was in the Mustangs in 77.

I restored the car with a friend in his garage. It was painted in pieces with the thoughts of painting it again when I reassembled, but it all matched. It is 1 of 494 T-top model Mach 1s in 77. There were only approx 6900 Mach 1s built that year.

The 13" wheels with 195/70 x 13 tires were swapped for 2005 Mustang wheels running 205/55 x 16 up front and 225/50 x 16 in the rear.
