I'm thinking of installing Competion Cams ***** Thumper camshafts into my 05 Mustang GT with a custom SCT tune.When its time for my emissions test does this mean I'll have to pull those puppies out and revert back to stock or do you guys have some secret way of getting around this?

Cams wont matter, make sure the engine can breath aka CAI.

Who is going to tune the car?
The more they spend on the tune the better it will out come.

Big thing is Keep your CATS, if you buy a O/R = (Off Road H or X-pipe), be sure to keep your factory Mid catted section.

I already have OBX longtube headers,Pypes mini-cats sliced into the OBX h-pipe and a C+L Racer CAI with a Brenspeed supplied SCT tune for this combo.I'll install this stuff once I find a fricken Insurance company that will allow me to do this.(2 months and still looking).If I install the cams I'll get Brenspeed to modify the tune.

maybe find a place that will fudge the numbers for u . sounds like a pain going back and forth .
