2.3 with a bottle

What do you think a 2.3 with mild cam, cold air, exhaust, jet chip, and a shot of N2O will run, and what size shot will be good to run (thinking 45) and do you think it will be worth it?
(ONLY FOR THE TRACK)(and NO turbo)

Thanks
Matt

I`m not cutting your set up up,.... sounds interesting,.... but is this just a regular 2.3 you find in a 4 banger stang,..... I`m just curious why you bothered with the mods? I could understand if it was a turbo,...... have you noticed major HP gains,... whats the car like now,..... I have no idea what it would run at the track,.... definitely wouldn`t go any higher then a 50 shot on the spray,..... let us know what times you turn out,... I`m very curious.

its a regular 2.3 engine, the cam and cold air should be in soon enough (so can't comment on gains yet), and will let you know what it turns out at the track

Careful nos is fun and easy. Since you don't have much engine it is easy to think that you can just add bottled horsepower and go fast. You could be tempted into adding nos until engine failure occurs. Even on the outer edge it may still only be as fast as a stock v8 car but who knows. Keep in mind though the stock cast pistons ( I am assuming it is a non turbo possibly dual plug 2.3L) will not withstand much nos before they shatter. For a few hunded dollars you could buy a totally rusted out 5.0 and swap the drive train out. But I also understand the need to do something different.
