If you get the S-Type and don't high rev it or get on it leaving your place you will be fine. The atak system im not so sure about.

I don't drive all the time, but when the wife and I can't car pool for work and such, then the Stang comes out. I might have taken it out maybe 10 times between beginning of november - today.
I had Corsa Xtreme on my 2013 and I really liked them. I'm not sure how they compare in price to the Borla but worth a look.

Once you start down the road of Mods, you probably should have decidednot to worry on any warranty issues. Just part of the deal.

I'll have an update on the Flowmasters on mine come Summer time.
A friend and I are going to trade for abit.
From what I'm reading and seeing online the build quality is quite bad and the drone is absolutely horrendous with the Flowmaster Outlaws to the point where people can't go on long drives / road trips.
But I'm not sure how bad they could be.

Either way, I'll be doing my best to maintain the Roush ABs

A cold start on my ride is absolutely brutal in terms of noise, so you need to be aware of that.
Deleting the resonators made is about 20% louder as well upon start up and cruising.

Can't say much about the Atak, my friend with a 2014 (Also on this forum) sold off his ATAK within 48 hours of having them on, didn't like it one bit.
He moved on to the Roush kit.

I will wait and see what your thoughts are on the Flowmasters..... But If i could find a non rusting Roush kit that would be great. I like the sound of it and the S-Types..... tough call to make from videos on the internet. Most guys I see driving Stangs here in the summer time won't even look at you or wave...... so it is tough to try and find someone with an exhaust to listen to first hand.

I am always looking at other stangs no matter what year it is. There are a few I meet up with on the highway when I am going to work or just to the city and we give each other the thumbs up but I have never driven around my town just to see where they live and just chat. Guess they are not on this forum as they haven't got in touch with me to meet up and talk mustangs and have a coffee...... but now that I have some CMOC stickers hopefully that will change and get more locals on here I hope.

I'm sure it has been mentioned before in other post's i have read......but what is the major difference between axle back and cat back. I mean i understand one is coming from the cats all the way back and the other starts from the rear axles but is there any sound difference, power and such?
My understanding was that the really difference doesn't start till the headers and cross pipes to getting changed out then the power and deeper sound comes?

I'll keep you up to date once the car comes out of storage for sure.
I think the Roush kit will be fine as long as you spray it with some of antirust once in a while. The S-types do sound quite nice as well, but videos on the web just don't do it justice.

Kinda sucks that the Stangers around you aren't too tight.
I talk to a bunch of guys here, are part of a bunch of local clubs as well.

Axle back wil only replace the stock ABs and nothing else.
The catbacks, as you said are right from the cats all the way back. Sound difference will definitely will there as they might:

Increase the diameter - 3" through and through
Delete the resonators
Upgrade to an H Pipe / X pipe

More money though.

Got ya..... Will probably not do too much. Would like a deeper/louder sound with little to no drone as I do a lot of highway driving as the town i live in is 10 mins from the city so there is always highway driving.
