I've bought some stuff from Spenc a while back. Super guy, great prices, and no BS. A lot of companies could learn a lot from him. I won't buy anything for my mustang from anyone but him now.

Christ, I must have got them on a bad day!? I needed some Novi Parts and was told they were great to deal with. I asked if they were able to help and Spenc replied...

"I take it you didn't buy your Paxton from us but you want us to help you now with a bunch of small parts?"

"Had you bought the Paxton from us would have determined the deal you could receive for all this small stuff - I think that's fair"


I was a tad offended.............

Let me address this please.

I want you all to know that we are VERY busy #1. We provide performance products for everything ATV to TOP FUEL, there is no company like this , not just in Canada, not just in North America, but The World and that's no B.S. When this business was designed and created back 5 years ago our priority was #1 to have the most products available to Canadians, #2 to provide the best pricing and #3 the very best service . To this date we are on the move, growing rapidly each year and comments like this one above are the exception I can assure you, and as the majority of the posts before it indicate.

I personally appologize if this individual was turned off by my own peronal 'honeset' cander and welcome them to call back in the future for help which I will personally provide. Please understand that we are over-whelmed with product requests , quotes and questions and when clients call at times to say or indicate they have pretty much purchased everything imaginable for thier projects elsewhere but then ask for our help for a few minor parts ( which may or may not be the case ) it's not out of the question ( putting yourself in our shoes for second please ) to simply say, why didn't your original dealer/sales dealer help you with these minor parts when they should have known you'd need or require them?

so again, do not take this wrong, there are more dealers than not that would not have given the time to even respond, but I personally feel 'in good business' that it was necessary to address this situation which again I can assure you is the 'exception' not the norm

Please also note that times are changing and we do receive emails like - ( and I quote ) "if and only if you treat me like no other and your prices are unreal cheap I "may" buy from you so here is my parts list, I expect to hear back from you sooner than later! That was a direct email from a recent product request which I will tell you was instantly 'trashed'. We are dealers, trying to help all of you, we are not people you can treat like dirt or DEMAND from. ( which wasn't the case in any way from the individual who posted further above )

Thanks Bro.... you can imagine how much it does for me to read all the positive posts which come from putting in just mind boggling hours, for years on end.. then to read something not so positive which u know at times u cannot help. Funny thing about the internet/emails etc... you never really 'know' the person on the other end and it's VERY easy to be misunderstood etc etc.. had the individual above called and spoke with me directly I can assure you that would have NEVER been written online.

and the band played on...

I gotta say that 2kool went above and beyond with me for a small purchase. I had mentioned a while back to the gf that I wanted the locking bullet lug nuts that they had on their website but didn't think anything of it. A month ago I emailed them to find out about shipping on them and got a reply asking me if I wanted the ones currently on the site or the locking ones I'm talking about (I had them written down).

I replied back that I was looking for the locking ones and never heard back.

Well, turns out that Spenc noticed that my postal code was the same as a postal code for someone else who was ordering the same thing as a birthday gift. He emailed that person and it turns out that other someone was my gf. Also, the exact product had changed (locking to non-locking or something), but Spenc went out and tried to find a source for the ones I wanted and managed to.

So, long story short. I'm wondering why this guy isn't bloody replying and in the background he put a stop on shipping out the other ones my gf ordered and he's scheming with my gf to get the ones that I want. Birthday comes around, and all makes sense.

Now that's customer service They will definitely be getting my business when I need some more parts.

Spenc, trust me.... I have heard nothing but good about 2kool. This is why I was sorta shocked when you replied. Heck, your prices are so good I was sure I was going to get a good deal through you also. I was coming to you needing about $350 in parts so I figured this would not be an inconvenience. I bought the Blower used so I had no dealer to go back to. Put yourself in my shoes though, if a vendor answered with that cocky responce you would likely tell em to F-Off also! LOL.

I'll take you off my list.

Spenc was great to talk with and to deal with on my parts. Shipping was fast and products were packaged well and I would deal with his company again no question about it.
