89 engine build

I want to rebuild my own engine this winter for my 85gt, its a 89 302 block with crank, thats all I have so far. Would like to make at least 450hp anyone have a parts list that would give me a guide line to get this engine started. To keep costs down it would be good if I could do it natural. thx

turbo/blower.
This way if your runnin it on the street as well, you'd at least have some fun on the street too.

Nitrous is fine for a track car, but I don't like it on a street car.
(plus you don't have to fill up a turbo/supercharger)
And, they arn't illigal to run on the street either.

Um just really don't have one, as the money comes in I will pick up things here and there not all new stuff of course. Thats why I need a plan in case a good deal comes alone.
