Anyone know the stock size of a fox body sway bar and what the common upgrade is?

I am finding with the audio equipment in the car is like a sailboat

OEM rear bar should be 0.82". Hellwig, Addco, and Steeda should have some larger stuff, but I'm not sure that is the way to go. Have you considered the inflatable Airlift bags that sit inside the rear coils? I ran those on my T-Bird SC, worked well when I had it loaded up with wheels & tires and equipment for going to track days.

Ever since MPW ripped off my tq arm and panhard, and i tossed in all that audio I feel like I'm in a boat when I turn.

Im going to likely go with something heavy duty with little roll and also reconsider getting a new tq arm and panhard.

Thanks Ed, now to see what I can hunt down on the summit catalog.

As for the airbags, haven't considered it. Even if I did, I have to wonder where the compressor would go.

You don't need to have an onboard compressor, that is an option. The standard kit comes with hoses that can be filled at a regular service station air pump. I ran the hoses as two separate sides, you can do that or join them together for one fill location.

Well, once they're filled, you generally don't have to add or take out air, unless you are changing the load significantly.

Well, Foxes in general are pretty nose-heavy, so they don't need a huge rear bar. And the way that the factory (and most aftermarket ones) mount to the lower control arm is crappy anyway ... the bar just ends up lifting the inside wheel on corner exit. I ran my 87 with no rear bar most of the time, did just fine at Shannonville and Mosport.

+1 for airbags. but you should probably just get a panhard bar...
