Anderson Power pipe

I have been working at installing it all day i got the fender hole cut everything moved and fitted i just can't get the rubber elbow to clamp on to the procharger. Does anyone have any advice?

soapy water,rub it on the ruber and the end of the plumbing,once it dries it might be a bitch to take off , so make sure to wiggle it to where u want it then your good to go.
