Anyone going to St Thomas tomorrow

Tomorrow is some Mustang day at St Thomas. I am going with the SLO.. er I mean SVO... for its first track day, but I originally planned on this day because of the Buick guys [it's also Buikc/Olds/Pontiac day] but I see there's some Mustang thing.. So I wondered.

Also, here's a weird one for you guys. I went to put in my 2 step today, and it wouldn't work for the life of it self. [had it on the clutch safety switch and yes, ran a "ign on" 12v power source to it] After much diagnosing, sticking the 3000 RPM chip in the MSD 6AL box itself, the rev limiting function in my MSD 6AL is TOAST. Box works great, I am running aorund 23 PSI and still have a .045" plug gap , but the rev limit function is kaput

Has anyone ever seen that before. I'm pissed, I was really relying on having the 2 step to build a few PSI and kick it oout of the hole. If it makes me mad enough and wont 60 foot, i'll bump the stock limiter seeing as how i'll have a trailer there

Anyway if anyone is there and sees the a silver SVO, a white 86 GT [Stock86GT] and a white T Type [my old T] and a GN, stop by and say "hey".

That is funny I must admit. If I leased her you can bet it would be driven and driven hard. The reason I do not drive it much is 3 fold. With my new 90gt I put 48,000 km on in 3 summers and sold it as the mileage was excessive. I regret selling it, so this one will be kept as a low mileage gt. The brake dust drives me absolutely crazy, which means do not drive it. In the last month the car went 15 kms a week and from the time I left the house, arrived at school and hit Rona (7kms) the car was washed once and dusted twice. The rims are wiped out 3 times in the 7 km route. THIS IS A PROBLEM I know but there are people with problems worse than mine

I put 70,000kms on my Mustang in less than 2.5 years...

I probably put over 200kms on my Beetle today.

I would go to the track day but I already know the Mustang won't run much better than high 16s. I know "go for the fun of it" but what's the fun of that.
