Exclamation BBK exhaust question - where to buy header nut today?

OK, I got my MAC headers off my 5.0 and started to install the BBK shorties but the threaded stud on the collector end is larger than the MAC (it looks like 1/2") so I can't re-use the nuts.

I took the other header in to my local CT and they only had one type of 1/2" nut but it didn't really fit (different thread pattern).

I would like to complete this today (Sunday) if possible so anyone know where I can find a nut that will fit a BBK shorty (collector end)?

In the GTA....

Thanks!

Try Brafasco but I'm not sure if they're open Sunday's.

Crappy Tire will probably have something. That is if you can get through to the 16 year old kid at the parts counter

LOL! I was looking for Fel=Pro header gaskets last week so I call the Bolton store and they tell me they haven't heard of those gaskets and don't sell them...so I go in this morning looking for the nuts and there's a HUGE Fel_pro sign over the parts counter!

I checked through all their stuff myself because as usual you can't find anyone to help in the new/big stores...didn't have anything that fit. I may check another store later today.

Are they not 7/16"? Slide a wrench over the stud to confirm it's size if your not sure.

OK...thanks guys! Went to another CT then Partsource and finally NAPA (one in Brampton was open today luckily) where I got the 19mm nuts for the header exhaust flange (BBK). So I got the headers installed tonight...just have to get my cobra intake installed so I can start her up.
