Canadian equivalents to SyncMyRide / FLMOwner ?

Hello everyone,

This is my first post... I am getting a 2011 GT and it will be delivered in december (the wait is killing me).

I was looking around, getting some informations on the Sync system and looking at the prescribed maintenance and i stumbled upon the FLMOwner website. From what i can see, U.S. owners can signup and keep track of the scheduled maintenance and receive their vehical health status (from sync) using their FLMOwner account.

I was wondering if this website has been/can be used by canadians and if not, is there a canadian alternative? Google didn't help me much and the search tool on this forum didnt either, so i am sorry if this is a redundant question that has been asked many times before.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum dude - 'grats on the new 5-oh. Can't honestly say i've seen that question before, so no probs worrying that it's been asked before. Don't know much about the website you're speaking of, but most guys that own these cars are pretty sticky when it comes to looking after them, so reminders from a website are not really needed. Maybe ask the service department at the dealership you ordered from?

I am gonna try driving it in the winter, see how it goes... ive heard alot of great stuff about the stability controls.

But since i'm not using my car much (walking / biking to work, etc), i drive about 8k KM per year, i will just be careful during the winter hehe. But yeah. the wait is killing me (Come december come!) and the wait to push the throttle will be killing me for sure!

And yeah, i was wondering about the website mostly because of the Vehicul health report... i guess i'll see when i get the car heh

On my 2010 the vehicle diagnostic deal is not available on the mustang in Canada. Maybe with the 11 it will be but I wouldnt hold my breath!
