Car "bucking" back & forth in low rpm

Best way to describe what is happening is that in 1st or 2nd gear, when im let say 1200rpm and i try to keep the idle steady the car lurches back and forth like its about to stall, another way to explain it is it feels like im smashing the gas, letting go, smashing gas, letting go and sometimes it almost seems like the car is going to stall out. I thought i solved the problem lsat year with new P.Urethane engine/tranny mounts but no. Could it be something stupid like a U-joint?

WTF? Confused. Apart from that car runs really good and strong.

Does it surge at idle also? Maybe an IAC issue? I had a similar issue on my 89 and it was a MAF sensor that was dirty but if your car is an 87 it won't have a MAF sensor unless it was converted.

dont think its the IAC cause its not at idle that it does thing, so the TB blade is slightly open. Someone on another board told me to check my TB sensor, so i checked it and its reading 0.14v (suppose be 0.98-0.99v), so either im doing it wrong or the sensor is super pooched. So many possibilities.
