changing display from F to C

I have a 2013 mustang....how do you change the temperature display reading from Farienhiet to Celcius? I have read the owners manual but can not find any instructions.

The gauge lcd screen shows everything in metric but the radio screen shows the temperature in fahrenheit. I would like the radio temp to display celsius.
