I had some time to kill today, so I went to www.tirerack.com, plugged in a 1995 Ford Mustang GT, selected wheel & tire packages with 17" diameter, and it came up with 12 different 17" wheels available in 7.5", 8", 9", 10" & 10.5" widths. If you search just tires, 2 OEM sizes are listed: 225/55-16 & 245/45-17.
When I punched in 1999 GT models, there was no Bullitt listed (I didn't think they made a Bullitt until 2001
), but the 2 OEM tire sizes listed were the same as the 1995 GT. I also searched on a 2001 GT Bullitt, & it is listed, with one OEM size at, you guessed it, 245/45-17.

Yes, Stev0h this helps big time. So the 99 Mustang GT 17x8 (Bullitt wheels) will fit my 95 Mustang GT. So I'm getting 4 Bullitt wheels for my car tomorrow.
