Fold Down Seat

Does anyone know if '71 Mach I's came with a mandatory fold down rear seat, or was that an option?

They were optional by '69 IIRC. My '70 mach did not have a folding seat so it was not a part of the mach 1 package. Stu

Our 71 Boss had the folding rear.... I have seen 71-73's with and without... so it must have been optional... I am not sure if it was or wasn't in the options for the Mach 1. I can see if i can dig up the literature. I thought it was just an option... no specific model.
