I've never used any either, with the exception of a little fuel stabalizer over the winter.

Actually the mechanic on Motoring says it's a good idea to use, anyone disagree?

My GT seems to have a slight stumble at light throttle/cruising speeds the last couple of months between 2500 rpm to 3000 rpm. After using the STP stuff,it helped a bit,my next step is to try the Seafoam stuff as most do recommend it,and say it works really well.
I wish now i had at least used injector cleaner once a year.Fuel does leave gumball like crap in the fuel system no matter what you do,and eventually will catch up.I remember back in the day with my old 5.0L that was carb'd,i would rip the carb apart every season to give it a good cleaning.plus regasket, and sure enough, right there in the fuel bowls,i would wipe out gumball like stuff from the fuel sitting in the fuel bowls over the winter. That is with using stabilizer also. It's not as bad for vehicles that are driven daily,it's the ones that sit like our weekend/seasonal drivers like our mustangs.

Cheap insurance, and cheaper than getting everything all ripped apart and cleaned. I'll throw in a bottle every once and a while.

I always run a tankfull of STP cleaner every oil change, never felt a need to do any more.
