A good performance exhaust for a 2000GT?

I'm thinking about Magnaflow but it's expensive, $1,200 for both the mid pipe and cat back. Does the x-pipe hang low? Any alternatives that you guys recommend?

I have a 2000 vert.

Went with a Mac prochamber and the Magnaflow Magnapack cat-back. Don't know if you have any emission issues, as of yet we are OK on the Island so no cats.

Love the sound. The packs are louder than the reg. magnaflows, but with that prochamber it is deep and loves to roar at WOT.

Cost was about $950 delivered.

Best exhaust setups for power and quality are Magnaflow, Borla or Steeda (made by borla)
