GT500 Gone To A New Home

I sold my GT500 a few weeks ago and I took a 2015 Mustang GT Performance Package as a partial trade that I'll be keeping. Unfortunately it's black which I'm not looking forward to but it's a really nice car. Once I get a chance to clean it up I'll get some pics and more details and post it. I'm still not 100% sold on the front end of the new style but they sure are a huge improvement in the ride and handling.

Awesome, congrats on the new ride, don't be hating on the black now, its the fastest colour I've heard. lol Can't wait to see the pics, and you're constantly proving my theory that if you get rid of your Mustang, theres always another around the corner !!

Yeah it does feel a little sluggish at higher speeds compared to the other car but lowering my investment by $20,000 was a plus lol.

I think black is slower because you have to spend so damn much time cleaning it. When it's clean though, nothing looks better. Yes my motto has always been that they make them everyday and for the right price, they are always for sale.

As I mentioned I do miss the power on highway pulls but I find this car much nicer to drive. The ride, handling and interior are far superior to the 2014. With the lower gears it feels almost as quick driving around town.

I managed to snap a quick pick today. It's a premium GT with just under 4,000km. It's got the Performance Package, Recaro seats, and adaptive cruise. The previous owner added Airraid intake, Stainless Works long tube headers and converters, Magnaflow Catback, SCT programmer with BAMA tune and Roush hood scoop and rear spoiler. I added the wheels as the previous owner kept his wheels. I really like the car but driving it to work there have been a few people really eying it up so who knows how long I'll have it lol.

Nice looking ride, congrats Chad! Those long tubes should wake the sound up a little.

How do you like the Recaro's ?
