I liked all of the body style changes but when they went away from the 5.0 to the 4.6 I thought that they really screwed up. Didn't take long to prove me wrong.

I like most of the generations of Mustangs, but the 99-04 will always be one of my favorite. Not really sure what it is about them, but when they first came out, they were a hit in my opinion.

Yes the 2 is a questionable time for the Mustang for sure. The previous generation wasn't a favorite of mine either.

I agree. It's when Ford really started to do things right. Look at the special edition cars available such as the Bullitt and Mach1.

Mine is a keeper....love this body style too much. Plus way to much plastic on the '10+ & what's with the tail lights?
I agree the '05-'09 is my favorite style. Power isn't a major deal breaker for me....there is always someone faster than you. But I'm planning some power upgrades in the future to keep up with the times...lol!

Yeah everybody has their own opinion, I am actually in love with my '10. The front end looks so much better, and as far as too much plastic am I missing something, cause I don't think the '10 has anymore plastic than the 05-09, I think actually has less since they made the dash plate out of "real" aluminum on the '10, and it's look alike plastic on the '05-'09...

Sorry, I meant the exterior with all the black plastic. I like the 10+ interiors & I agree the front end looks mean for sure!
I watch the guys in our club putting all that back to black stuff on their rocker mouldings, rear bumpers & fronts of their stangs....I get tired watching them...lol.
Just reminds me of the chev avalanches, if you don't keep up with it it'll all turn dull.

I hear ya on the up-keep thing, it's a bitch! I am actually looking at buying aftermarket pieces that can be painted, so I can have the rocker panels, and back bumper all Grabber Blue. Some people have painted the stock ones, but I've been told by a few body guys that those stock pieces are not meant to be painted, and will eventually peel right off, so I guess that means more $$$ for aftermarket piecces!
