Help, need advise, stuck bolts.

So in a nut shell, im completely redoing the suspension on my 87 and doing a set up for road racing. the rear suspension is 95 percent removed, only one problem, the bolt that connects the lower control arm to the frame is freakin stuck, i can turn it but it wont come out (same situation on both sides). I had to drop the exhaust to even get to the bolt and its partially boxed in so I getting some vice grips on it is a challenge on its own. Ford was retarded when they designed it. I have drenched it in penetrating lube, so its gonna be penetrating over the span of the week. Anyone have any advice, ive tried everything in my book of knowledge, which isnt really vast. I just want to put my new suspension in.

You need to have 1 guy work the impact gun on the inside, and another with a long punch (I like to use a long 1/2" extension, the reciever side fits over the bolt end nice) and hammer hitting from the other side, if you work together-it'll come out.
