There is a stud remover that can likely get that out, go to Canadian tire and see if you can rent/borrow one, it's a stud remover just for this purpose, it's not an extractor or "easy-out", it's a socket type of tool with a hole and a slide with teeth to bind on the stud and walk it out, the tool I use is made by Snap-On, they may have an off brand one there though, it works well, just make sure you heat up the manifold around the stud, but don't heat the stud itself.

Probably not, I must've missed that. What you need to then is have a nut welded to the remains of the stud, is that possible? If not, those manifolds are not that hard to remove, just take the manifold out and try to do it on a bench or take it to a machine shop.

It would be best for you to do have a nut welded to the remains of the stud, then work it in, then out-sounds dirty-as long as it's not rotted (which I doubt by year and condition of your car) it should be a have to remove the manifold, it's not as hard as it looks, most of the bolts are removed with a wrench and you can loosen the mount and jack up the engine to get some more room.
