IMO....going into a supercharger project on a new car...installed and tuned by a capable shop....you should budget in the 10k range
charger kits run around $6k with taxes and shipping...add another $1k for polished
the "while we're in there" stuff including extra gauges usually get's into the $1k range pretty quick (fuel pump usually needs an upgrade too)
labour for install will ding you around $1000
dyno-time and tune around $500-$600
so you can do it for under 10k....but you'd be best to budget in that range imo

Depends what power limits you are shooting for. A COMPLETE setup running stock boost levels (5-7)psi you could have done for 10k.
If you are wanting over 450-500rwhp then you're going to want a built bottom end and need more in the way of better fuel pump setup, injectors, possibly fuel rails, oil pan/pump, clutch, tranny. Also depends if you want to do the heads and if you want to be able to plant any of that power to the ground. Then you're talking aboot a bunch of suspension parts, possibly rear axles, a trutrac, maybe even swapping to a 9" setup. Then you've got a larger intercooler/heat exchanger. Can't forget a bigger/better maf setup. A forged input shaft. Also if you want cams or not. You'd want a bigger exhaust or atleast some LT headers to help it breathe. Possibly switching to a 8 rib pulley setup. a thump rrr tensioner. All the necessary guages. better motor mounts or a bmr k-member with built in motor mounts. Electric water pump. And then you have to factor in labor which of course goes WAY up if you do cams/installing forged internals. You wouldn't want to go any other way than dyno tuning which would be a good 500+. There's a few other things I've missed but you get the idea.
If you are going full out for big power you better budget 15000-20000. Especially with the current exchange rate+shipping+taxes etc. When compiling your list of parts take the US prices and add 35% more to each thing. That should give you a fairly accurate assesment of what the costs will be to get the stuff to your door.

They are s/charged but I was curious on the price. Basically you are looking at I think 40,000.00 for the 09 Mustang Gt and 10,000.00 for the charge for a total of 50,000.00.

If you're talking stock boost levels and not everything needed to get it to hook up good... pretty much.
