Maybe I'm wrong, but didn't you buy your car with the kit on it? (Maybe I'm thinking of someone else) If so theres no telling how much work may have gone into getting it to where it is today.
In either case, theres no deny the effectiveness of a big turbo or two on a V8 such as this.

im sure that my motor right now would pull that right now with a kill tune , but i pussied out and got the bambi tune. the key is the tune. with race gas and a good tuner you could get those numbers. GET those numbers. i sure as wouldnt leave it at that as the first time on the street the block would be split in half in your engine bay. those are glory numbers " look at we can do" , thats all they are. my block is able to handle 600+ with out problem but im not going to stake my life on it and sure as hell dont believe that. im rolling the dice but my turboed motor at 470rwhp will last longer than a supercharged 470rwhp. the reason being is mine isnt under boost all the time ,it comes on higher in the rpm whereas you know all to well yours is pumpin the second you turn it over. with my new big turbo i just shortened the life of my motor , as long as its tuned by my tuner shell be good for awhile.

In my other circle of enthusiasts, guys are pushing between 450-500 chp (assume 400-420 to the wheels) and tq out of 2.7 V6 Twin Turbo. Now, to get that, you have to upgrade all the supporting cast, but main engine components (i.e. cams, pistons) remain unchanged.
So, out of a 5.0L V8, I could see those crazy numbers, but what they're not telling you is how long you will drive that before you blow it to smithereens.
