1.6"-ish, yes, a 315 will rub on a dropped car, you'll need to roll the fender lips.

My '98 Cobra with FMS 'B' springs, mm cc/plates and Tokico Bullitt struts and shocks...it lowered the front 2" and I didn't measure the back before I started.
