lowering springs

Has anyone installed springs from canuck motorsports? The price seems good but I don't want to do this twice . Is this a big job and do I need to change anything else shock etc. Thanks Des

I've seen them on E-Bay also. The price is good. Would be great to see if anyone has used them.
