I dont own a mustang yet

the floor needs to be redone

i have some idea of the engine and trany cost
but NO clue about the floor
...going to university and dont really work
soo need to find the cheapest way to fix the floor in order to certify and transfer on my name..any suggestions?

If the holes are small you could cut out pieces of sheet metal and rivet the new steel over the holes, but for a solid floor the best way would be to weld in some new floor pans which you can buy fairly cheap. If this car your looking at needs a new motor, trans, and new floors it doesn't seem like a very good deal unless it's dirt cheap or free?

sounds like it's a $100 rotted out POS in a junkyard....not to be mean but that's a lot wrong with a car, especially for someone going to school. there are still fairly nice 5.0s to be had for not a lot of coin, they'll be high coin though. as long as you find one with a solid floor and frame you're ok, but if those are gone don't bother.

Just keep looking, Mustangs are everywhere and there's great deals to be had! I've also been looking for another one down here in windsor but when your picky it takes time.
