need input

ok guys need to do the brakes real soon on my 82 fox body any thing i should up grade while im in there that wont set me back to much any preference to the shoes or pads i want to put a set of brembo on but dont have the money for that now can i go to a larger rotor in the front w/out changing every thing i might be able to get some rotors off a lincon [oh yeah there 5 lug] any sugestion would be greatly taken but remember i need to do these SOON

Bigger rotors would mean some type of conversion cause your stock callipers wouldn't work.

Your best bet would be to upgrade to stock 87-93 front rotors, spindles and everything else. You could use thoe 87-93 calipers as well, but I suggest an upgrade to the 70mm Calipers that are available from your Ford dealer for a very good price. I believe they are '89 Lincoln Mark VII calipers. Combine that with a good set of brake pads up front and some good shoes and it will stop ALOT better than stock.

thanks found every thing for 100 bucks [us] at a local wrecking yard then a guy at one of the yards i called that wanted to much for the stuff called my buddy thats looking for a tranny for his vw golf and hes going to try to get all the stuff for under a 100 smoken deal if you ask me . so there is another complete setup siten ina california yard for a 100 bucks + shipping
