I'm looking for tires for next season. What does everyone recommend?

I have 245/45/17 up front and 275/40/17 in the back.

This is what I have lined up.

I already have one of these and its a new tire. Thats why I'm looking at it.

I'm not looking to spend alot. Because I know how much a real good set of rubber can be.

Found a real good deal on another set.

Getting all the sizes I need. Falken FK-452's all around for $500.
