Need some advice/opinions

Crazy as this sounds I am thinking about trading the 09 GT500 in for a BRAND NEW 09 GT500KR. Should I/should I not and any short reasons for one or the other

my boss has a gt500 and a kr500( ya poor guy i know)
and just the sound of the exhaust alone i would trade it. but really to drive them both the kr feels like much more of a race car(ISH) to me little harsher ride better handling and more power but i cant afford a die cast model so what the hell does my opinion matter lol

If you were thinking of trading you would be better off to go with an 11 or 12 with SVT Performance Package. You will get more car for the same or less money. If it was in my budget that is what I would do because the 2010 and up cars just drive and handle so much better. The KR may be more valuable down the road but really if you are looking for an investment buy some land or stocks. Your other option would be to haul your car to vegas and Supersnake it. I think a Supersnake will always be worth more than a KR and way more fun.

I was thinking because the KR was manufactured in such small numbers that in many years (100 lol) it may be worth something?????????

ya i would agree that if your looking for an investment dont look this way. land or rela estate of any kind is a MUCH better bet... these cars of today will never follow suit of the old muscle cars in pricei just cant see it happening. to many people own them the numbers are just higher than in the 60's etc and so many people are thnking along those lines that no one is winter driving them etc so they are really never going to deminish in numbers like the old cars did

but thats my opinion take it for what its worth

I agree in principal about real estate and not cars. I have talked to old timers (older than me lol) that never thought that muscle from the 60's would ever amount to anything and oops. 1000 KR's are not a lot in the grand scheme so.

I have a grand plan regarding retirement.
1 real estate
2 stock market
3 play with the rest.

I think there would be less than 1000 Supersnakes.

Plus the KR's were modified at Shelby's facility unlike the GT500's.
