Nova Scotia 17in Wheels
Hi,I live on Cape Breton Island and would like to purchase a new set of wheels for my 2004 40th Anniversary Edition Mustang which is Crimson with the Arizona Beige Stripe Package.I've seen pictures of these Models with Bullit wheels with the "spokes" in Arizona Beige Colour.Does anybody know of a Dealer in Nova Scotia or Canada that has reasonable prices on Mustang Wheels. Some of the sites I've checked are pricey.I lke the Bullit style and I have no idea whether I can get them with the Beige colour. If not Crome is always nice anyway.Hopesomebody can help. Thanks Brian

Did you see the rims on the Ford racing parts website? http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...odel=m&size=17 Check the sponsors on this boardas well. I have seen used bullits as well, all depends on how much you want to spend??? |
Thanks I'll check the Ford Site.Any other ideas about discounts or canadian or nova scotia dealers?

Is the Ford Racing Site Canadian or do they have a Canadian Site?

Quebec seems closest: http://www.fordracingparts.com/where...gion.asp?id=41 but any local ford dealer can get Ford Racing parts |
That's not absolutely true. Ford Racing Performance Parts is a completely separate division from the regular Ford parts sales channels. Ford dealers in Canada buy their parts from Ford of Canada. Only Canadian dealers who are franchised FRPP dealers can buy those parts, which come directly from FRPP in Michigan ... Ford of Canada has no involvement in FRPP parts sales. So all of the other dealers would have to order FRPP parts from an FRPP parts supplier, whether it be another Ford dealer, or a private company. Some dealers may choose not to get involved with FRPP part sales at all, it's their choice.

I've purchased a number of parts from RCO in London ON, good prices and great guys to deal with. I'm in Newfoundland. Wood Motors in Halifax used to be a FRPP dealer but I think they were bought out by Steele, you could check with them.

I bought 4 x used 17" wheels with tires from the "used items" section of another Mustang message board.
Shipping from Ottawa to Halifax was $55, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I think we used "Purolator" and put it on the slow truck :) |
Thanks!
Any other info regarding getting "Good Deals On Wheels in Atlantic Canada" would be appreciated! Thanks

Hey, I'm in the same boat...
I'm from Bridgewater Nova Scotia and I am looking for 17" Chrome "Bullet" rims as well. $300 a pop is what Fordracingparts has for a price. If you find any cheaper let me know. I've seen them on ebay b4 but that place makes me nervous!

Try
http://www.themustangshop.ca Or http://www.performanceplus.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi Both places are out west, however they usually have some pretty good prices on wheels. Ebay can be good as well. |
Thanks
Thanks Scotts88. U going to the Mustang show at Steele Ford on June 11th?
|
No problem!

Bullitt rims
I'm in Moncton and I'm installing 2 new 17 x 10.5 Bullitt rims for the rear of my '03 to hold m 315/35s. ... so, I will have 2 Ford factory original Bullitt rims 17 x 8 to potentially part with. Perfect shape. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks bud!!! I am a little interested but are they chrome? My brother lives in Moncton so I may send him over to have a look at them for me!
