Question Nova Scotia 17in Wheels

Hi,I live on Cape Breton Island and would like to purchase a new set of wheels for my 2004 40th Anniversary Edition Mustang which is Crimson with the Arizona Beige Stripe Package.I've seen pictures of these Models with Bullit wheels with the "spokes" in Arizona Beige Colour.Does anybody know of a Dealer in Nova Scotia or Canada that has reasonable prices on Mustang Wheels. Some of the sites I've checked are pricey.I lke the Bullit style and I have no idea whether I can get them with the Beige colour. If not Crome is always nice anyway.Hopesomebody can help. Thanks Brian

Any Ford dealer could get bullits but they may be pricey??? Unless the color you want it not the standard ones???

Did you see the rims on the Ford racing parts website?

Check the sponsors on this boardas well.

I have seen used bullits as well, all depends on how much you want to spend???

Is the Ford Racing Site Canadian or do they have a Canadian Site?

there are some eastern dealers...

Quebec seems closest: http://www.fordracingparts.com/where...gion.asp?id=41

but any local ford dealer can get Ford Racing parts

That's not absolutely true. Ford Racing Performance Parts is a completely separate division from the regular Ford parts sales channels. Ford dealers in Canada buy their parts from Ford of Canada. Only Canadian dealers who are franchised FRPP dealers can buy those parts, which come directly from FRPP in Michigan ... Ford of Canada has no involvement in FRPP parts sales. So all of the other dealers would have to order FRPP parts from an FRPP parts supplier, whether it be another Ford dealer, or a private company. Some dealers may choose not to get involved with FRPP part sales at all, it's their choice.

cheers

I've purchased a number of parts from RCO in London ON, good prices and great guys to deal with. I'm in Newfoundland. Wood Motors in Halifax used to be a FRPP dealer but I think they were bought out by Steele, you could check with them.

There now Steele Ford in Hali. I bought my 99 from there. I think their rims would be pretty expensive. However I seem to have a hard time finding rims in this neck of the woods.

I bought 4 x used 17" wheels with tires from the "used items" section of another Mustang message board.

Shipping from Ottawa to Halifax was $55, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I think we used "Purolator" and put it on the slow truck
