You must be a mind reader Abby. We got our Mustang in 08 and usually got waved at by other stangs from the get go. I find it fun. Its sort of an ongoing guessing game, will they or won't they ? I usually try and wave first, but sometimes its too late ( gone past). Convertibles almost always do here guaranteed, especially if the tops down. But if there's a woman driving, I might not wave, cause the wife's with me, and well, you know women. But I figure whoever waves may be from CMOC.

I wave if I can tell the other driver is looking. I hate to say it, but most women Mustang drivers don't wave. Like AP said... only car guys/gals get it. I get more head turns from guys who are driving nice trucks. I've even gotten some "MUSTANG" cheers from kids and guys in trucks.

When another mustang enthusiast waves at me as we drive by each other, it really shocks me if you know what i mean. It's not something i expect considering how most people are today.... like being pushing, snotty, unpleasant, ect.....
But at the sametime, it leaves a smile on my face, and i think to myself that maybe not everyone is an ars!

Am I a pain-in-the-****? Not with the posts I put in CMOC, but out on the road.
If I see another 'Stang on the road, I wave. I'm not waving because I know the person driving, I'm waving because it's another 'Stang.
I have seen drivers look puzzled, but wave back. I have also seen drivers not wave, because they're "in the zone"... or, mebbe "out to lunch"
So far, I haven't gotten any objectionable gestures (and hopefully won't.)
So, lemme know: would it annoy you to be waved at, just because you're driving a 'Stang?

I love your litttle town. We passed through a week ago last friday. We left Blind River and for shiats and giggles took the ferry to Tobemory. We decided to stay at the Best Western next to the bay and went for a walk after a nice steak dinner. I took a few pics of the older churches and houses. The only downside was it took 6 hours to get to Windsor with the slowing down for the smaller towns and construction
