When you push the clutch does it squeal at all or does it make noises when it''s not pressed in at all?

Are you new to driving a stick? Have you gotten the friction point down on it?
Sounds like it could be you need a new clutch.

the clutch doesnt make noise, just had the ford dealer put a new clutch in it a couple months ago, cost 1,600.00. worked fine for a while then just started getting hard to put in gear.

Its possible its the clutch (I could tell if I test drove your car), but I would bet money that its the synchros.
