Love the Focus,

But just so you know, the SVT 5 spoke is a VERY soft rim and bends VERY easily. I would recommend either the SVT 6 spoke or the Euro package rim. I had the 6 spoke on my Focus and it was great looking and very solid.

89lxstanger 05-01-2011 06:57 AM

are you rally racing it? the 6 spokes are ugly in my opinion and the 5 spokes will hold up to street driving if you know how to drive a lowered car lol

PEGASIX 05-01-2011 08:10 AM

as well i canot stand the EAP wheels there not unique in any way shape or form as all the new foci come with them stock. ive got 6 powder coated svt wheels that will more then do me till the car is no more.

Apocalypse Pony 05-01-2011 08:41 AM

Nice looking rigs. That Focus is freaky with the tailights in the piller like that - I keep expecting to see them where you normally do, right above the bumper.

Blackheart4355 05-01-2011 09:29 AM

Pegasix,

If you go on Focusfanatics.com and ask about your rims, as I did before I bought mine as I liked the look of the 5 spoke as well, I was advised by numerous members of the same thing I advised you. The 5 spoke is VERY soft and bends Very easily no matter how careful you are. My Focus had the Roush Stage 2 lowering kit on it so I was driving a lowered car. I suspect in Port Colburne you guys have similar issues with pot holes in the spring as we do here in Winnipeg. If I were you I'd have a few more extra rims sitting around. But as I said..looks great!

SNAKEBITE 05-01-2011 07:29 PM

I always liked that style of Foci

ChadStang 05-01-2011 08:39 PM

Nice rides. I had an 04 SVT Focus a few years back.

VAEM 05-02-2011 07:56 PM

SNAKEBITE 05-03-2011 04:27 PM

What did you use on the tail lights?

89lxstanger 05-03-2011 05:03 PM

the base i mixed for his trim peices i lightly dusted two coats on the tails to keep them transparent enough to see the lights working but make them dark enough that that blend in...then i cleared them all

PEGASIX 05-03-2011 11:23 PM

2v_takeover 05-17-2011 10:31 PM

What kinda suspension setup on the SN95? Unfortunately I bought eibach shocks n' struts which are nice, but my eibach lowering springs are a bit... higher than expected. Still got some pretty nasty wheelgap in the front.

PEGASIX 05-17-2011 11:04 PM

im on tockiko illumina adjustable struts and shocks and coil over conversion on the front and C springs in the rear. tubular control arms front and rear and tubula k member
