Question for Vert owners

Here is my dumb question for the week, only because this is my first Vert.

At what temperature do you put the top down? Needless to say because this is my first one I am itching to go for a cruise with the top down but do not want to look like a moron out there.

Most vert owners i know let the top down as soon as the sun pokes out no matter the air temp.

Thanks 1LOW.

When are your plans to take the car out? Maybe we can go for a run...

My main concern is the top though... will it not do any damage to a cloth top by folding it under a certain temp? I am being extremely cautious as a newbie, better safe than sorry.

Drop it any time you want, you own the car. I really don't care what people think when I have it down. I enjoy it.

How's the weather down south Autonut?

I didn't mean it like I was worried what other drivers thought...I just didn't now if there was a certain temp that vert owners normally wait to before they drop the top.

It was nice when we arrived on Saturday. Then it turned cold and rained Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. With any luck I'll have the top down today. Oh, by the way welcome to CMOC.
