Funny, I just had a conversation about this with the guy doing bodywork on one of our Mustangs. He's got a firebird in the shop that's in desperate need of both floor pans and frame rails - both were completly rotten / rusted out. Custom fabrication is a good option but you can buy them.

Sorry, I just realized I didn't finish answering your question. You can buy new floor pans and frame rails here:

YearOne, Inc.

Frame rails - http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...rails&SM=1&SC=
Floor pans - http://www.yearone.com/serverfiles/f...r+pan&SM=1&SC=

Good luck.

If you go to your local wrecking yard, you might be able to find yourself a mint donar stang. Some owners out there undercoat here vehicles religiously year in,and year out,but once they start to malfunction mechanically to the point where it cost more then the car is worth,so they dump them at the wrecking yards.I know from expirience when i was once helping a friend looking for a front half of a stang as he needed the rad craddle, and front frame rail dew to rusting out, that there is some treasures out there.Just need to look.
Once you find one, just cut, align, and weld.
