Removing factory undercoating

I want to clean up the engine bay this winter and can't find anything to remove the undercoating. Any suggestions?

I have tried varsol and acetone. this is the factory coating, I used a scraper to remove it underneath when I welded the frame conectors but I don't want to scrape it off under the hood.

go to a Krown dealer and buy a can of " the solution" spray it on the coating and let it sit for a few minutes....then get an old shirt as a rag and start rubbing.
