Stu, did you ever order this. I just ordered a liner from these guys as well. After cutting my OEM limer for the shaker and now for the hood locks it was looking pretty shabby. So tore it out today.
The aircraft firewall material is vinyl nitrile...thin, pliable and glues up under the hood. Should be easy to keep clean(just wipe off) and look good. You have to use a high temp glue (3M #80)...placed glue order today.
It's being shipped late next week and I'll let you know what it turns out like...gotta be better then what I got now.
