Don't know why Ford didn't put a remote mount filter on these engines so that it could be a decent size, and get it away from the vibrations of the flat plane crank. The filter is as tiny as the one used on the 4-cylinder applications.

Just received my free oil filter wrench and oil filter in the mail today....classy packaging by Ford, nice touch, I'll likely never use the wrench or the filter, too nice too get dirty. lol

I love how the oil filter wrench has the vehicle VIN on it...thats a lot more trouble than Ford needed to got to, would have been easy to have a generic wrench.

Thats the one....by VIN, it looks like your car rolled off the line first, last three digits on your VIN are lower than mine. lol

That's very cool!!! Love how Ford does this stuff. I have the Bullitt package that Ford sent out to us Canadians only for purchasing an 01 Bullitt. Even though I cancelled out due to timing at that time, they still sent it lol!
