I had the plugs in my F150 changed by the dealer at around 90,000 km (they have the same plug issue) they broke 4, cost me $750. I changed them myself at around 180,000km. They all came out no problem. The anti seize works. So using a two piece plug shouldn't be an issue if you use the anti seize.
