strut tower brace

has anyone installed one of these strut tower braces from stack racing (american muscle)?

I have an engine cover too so i was wondering if it would rub on the hood insulation. Some reviews say it makes a difference in handling but it seems to be more with the V6 crowd than the GT's?

I bought a Stack Racing strut tower brace from American Muscle for the 6-er. It didn't fit - doesn't clear the engine. It's in my basement now - eventually I'll rig up some shims for it. Just my experience.

It can't hurt if you install it. To finish it off do the underside
