Ok thanks for all the info guys, I am going to take alittle bit more time to think about the swap but right now I am leaning towards doing the tfs head swap instead of the 4v swap. By the way I have about 152k miles on my car at the moment and I am looking to get a rebuild done next winter should I be looking for a new bottom end because of the mileage or will a rebuild do just fine.

A rebuild will be just fine.

I would just drop the heads and an intake on the car and go if the bottom end was maintained well. Save your pennies and build a bottom end while your driving around
