Asked the salesman to find me a 04 Competition Orange Conv.

#4 Why did you buy it?
I had previously (1968) owned a 66 Conv. and wanted one ever since. Couldn't find a Fox GT conv. that suited me so my wife said go buy a new one before you drive me crazy ! Like the guy said "the rest is history".

Got it in the fall of 1994

Bought it because I drove my brothers 88 GT and knew I had to have one, Now almost 14 years and $15 000 later I cant even imagine not having it.

I was browsing through the Auto Trader looking for a 2nd vehicle.
Almost went "rice". Then I saw the ad for the Fox GT....I went to check out the car....it was perfect for me. So I bought it.

#3 How did you come across it?

It was sitting for about 2 years at a neighbours house with the motor out, it wasn't for sale, but I offered the right price and I took it as is. Took me about 3 weeks and 300$ to put it all back and running.

#4 Why did you buy it?

I wanted a 5.0 mustng since I was old enough to drive, but never really had a chance to get ahold of one.

Was sitting at a dealer by my house, stopped in, after 30 seconds, sales guy gave me keys , said take it for a couple hrs. had fun, only 24000km, bought it next day. JEEP in garage ever since

price right, no miles, still has original tires, they have taken a kicking in last month

Sometime in mid 2005

#3 How did you come across it?
I wrote off my '87 GT due to a diesel fuel spill on the 507. Steve knew I was in need and offered to sell me this Capri that he had acquired in Quebec. He was looking to do an Aero conversion on it, and already had most of the body kit on the car. The rest of the Aero parts were salvaged from my '87 to make the kit complete. Steve is the same guy Josh got his car from, great friend!

#4 Why did you buy it?
I needed a roller to swap the '87's powertrain into, had a fair bit of time/money (though not compared to some) into the '87's engine, and wanted it to live on (since it's damn healthy) in another car. I just could not be without a Fox body, I simply HAD to have one, since I'd wanted one since I was about 10, and absolutely LOVED the '87.
