Looking at their site they state this!

All orders from Tire Rack are billed in US currency. On the day the transaction is processed, your credit card company will convert to Canadian currency using the current exchange rates and fees of the issuing bank.

Taxes and duties are collected on behalf of the applicable Canadian government agencies. No additional taxes, duties, or fees will be collected by UPS Canada upon delivery.
Delivery, though, may be delayed by customs procedures.

Looks good from that statement. I have not used them before but I do use American Muscle occassionaly and they have the same policy. When I checkl out the dollar value I see is what I pay and no more.
Let us kow how you made out if you decide to get something from them!

What are you looking for anyway? Should be able to get a close price in Canada should you not?

Prices in Canada are insane. I was looking to get snow tires and ordering them from Tirerack ( I have bought from them while living south of the border) is gonna save me at least $50/ tire; including shipping, duty, GST, and PST

I bought wheels and tires for my CLK from them, they told me the exact cost up front, charged my CC only AFTER calling me to confirm me order and make sure it was as i wanted, then shipped it too me in 3 days.

All in all I HIGHLY recommend them

Same here.
I ordered tires from them this year and all the costs were upfront and it was cheaper by a good bit versus going local.
